Which BMS platforms do you work with?
We are platform-agnostic and have experience with leading ecosystems (e.g., Niagara, Siemens, Johnson Controls). We recommend solutions based on project goals and lifecycle cost.
Do you design for energy efficiency?
Absolutely. Energy optimization and reliability are core—typical scopes include demand-based control, fault detection, and performance monitoring.
Can you integrate legacy systems?
Yes. We routinely integrate new controls with existing equipment, using open protocols (BACnet/Modbus/etc.) and custom gateways where needed.

How do you estimate project cost and timeline?
We start with your requirements and site data, then issue a structured proposal with milestones, deliverables, and payment schedule.
What are your payment terms?
Terms vary by project size and scope; standard practice includes down payment, progress invoices, and a final acceptance payment.
Do you offer warranties and after-sales support?
Yes. We provide manufacturer and workmanship warranties, plus optional maintenance and monitoring agreements.
